According to a tweet from Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek, the company is re-issuing a small number of its credit cards which they suspect to have been attempted by hackers. Citing from the Kris tweet, the misfortune affected only a small number of users residing in Canada.
We’re proactively re-issuing a small number of cards that were flagged by our fraud prevention systems due to suspicious activity. We promptly suspended affected accounts and will be shippinh new cards to users immediately.
