Besides, the renowned artist, whose real name is Mike Winklemann, thinks the world of NFTs should go beyond the internet. NFT Art Center in Charleston, South Carolina
Beeple revealed a sneak peek of the upcoming NFT art exhibition center & workshop on Twitter. The spacious gallery will be located in Charleston, South Carolina. Workers tearing down old walls are seen in the video, getting ready to launch “Beeple Studios”. However, the digital artist also revealed that this NFT art hub is only one of the two NFT-related surprises.
The bi-dimensional approach to NFT art became a trademark of Beeple. The record-breaking NFT was sold at Christie’s Auction House as a physical painting plus the actual NFT. With his new NFT art hub, Beeple intends to show art collectors that NFTs are not bound to a computer screen and have “the ability to bring beauty, provoke thoughtful discussion, and truly move us”.

Beeple’s NFT Art Breaks The Internet
The digital artist gained momentum in the world of digital art with the record-breaking $69.3 million sale of “Everydays: The First 5,000 Days” NFT. Besides, the NFT collage of his 15 years work as an artist wasn’t the only hit. In November of 2021, the artist dropped his sophomore piece titled “Human One”, which sold for a colossal $28.9 million.
This creation was also bi-dimensional, as “Human One” was turned into an actual sculpture and sold together with the NFT. The 3D hologram sculpture features a human going for a stroll and the animated features of the design change periodically.

Moreover, the buyer of this piece, Ryan Zurrer of Vine Ventures, had this to say about Beeple’s new NFT studio: “He composed a wild combination of engineers & creatives, building next-gen art with space-age tooling. It will change the way we think about digital art.” Ultimately, the unconventional thinking by Beeple can give the boost the NFT market needs to be enjoyed by a wider audience.
