Focusing on European Countries

The corporation, based in Luxembourg, has been busy over the last several months, securing licenses in numerous additional European countries. In July 2022, it became a registered Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP) in Italy, and in November 2022, it received authorization from Spanish authorities.

Binance, Bitpanda, and Crypto.com are some more cryptocurrency exchanges that are legal in France. In May of 2022, Binance became the first cryptocurrency exchange to officially incorporate in the European Union.

It’s been about a year since Bitstamp became a founding partner and the official cryptocurrency exchange for the American professional esports group Immortals. Building a connection between the gaming business and the digital asset sector is the primary focus of the latter.

Bitstamp USA CEO Bobby Zagotta made the following statement:

“Our partnership with Immortals is an extension of our mission to empower our customers by creating a more authentic experience between crypto and gaming. The esports community is diverse, passionate, and highly-attuned to the digital evolution. It is among the first to explore the integration of digital assets within their industry.”
