ETHBerlin04
ETHBerlin04 is a hackathon, a cultural festival, an educational event, a platform for hacktivism, and a community initiative to push the decentralized ecosystem forward. ETHBERLIN04 is organized by the Department of Decentralization, a collective of people from various crypto- and blockchain communities in and around Berlin. The group first assembled in 2018 to organize ETHBerlin and has been active since. After successful events in 2018 and 2019, ETHBerlin decided to reaffirm its commitment with the ecosystem and founded the Department of Decentralization (DoD). The DoD is responsible for initiatives that go beyond organizing hackathons and seek to also support the projects coming from our events and community. ETHBerlin is not a conference but a hackathon.
