Nine Chronicles Updates Its 2022 Roadmap: Mobile Version Planned for iOS/Android; an Appearance in The Sandbox; a New Game in the Series
Even before its release in November 2021, Nine Chronicles managed to secure support from a huge backer in the form of Ubisoft. After that, the project was quickly backed by Binance. Recently, the developers have updated the game’s roadmap for 2022, so let’s take a look at what players can expect from Nine Chronicles this year.
First of all, the developers have approved the development of a mobile version of the game, which will most likely be available for iOS and Android. A working version is expected to be unveiled at the end of the year.
Perhaps more excitingly was the announcement of a new game in the series as it was revealed that ‘Nine Chronicles Dungeons‘ is being developed by the community. Although it’s not clear was the genre of the game will be at this time, a first look at the game will be available in the second quarter.
Nine Chronicles is also extending a branch to The Sandbox metaverse. It’s still unclear what the precise nature of the collaboration will be and where it will simply be a property filled with NFTs, or a playable portion of the game on the leading platform.
Among other announcements, were the dates of the staking testnet, as well as a calendar of events.
