September 03 Weekly Signals Summary

Bitcoin held the Daily EMA20 level nicely this week after testing two times and reclaimed the 50k level again. After five consecutive green weeks, BTC closed in red in the previous week. As of this writing, it is trading just below the 51.5k level.

Bitcoin dominance had lost another 3% this week, currently sitting near a critical support area. With many cryptocurrencies recording All-Time-Highs, this was a very good week. Ethereum crossed 4,000 after 3 months, ADA crossed $3, Solano recording ATH every day, and NFT sales are booming with its tokens pumping.

If Bitcoin can successfully close daily candles above 51500 we may see a rally to claim the previous ATH levels. But the price-volume divergence is still there on the daily charts, so it needs serious volumes to break this level. The critical supports lie around 46500 where the daily EMA20 and SMA200 levels are situated. If BTC dominance loses its current level of 41.5, it will be going to 40 where we have major support from the past cycle.
