Shiba Inu (SHIB) Creates 10 New Discord Channels Related to SHIB Metaverse
The Shiba Inu (SHIB) community has plenty to look forward to, as the highly anticipated Shibarium, the Layer-2 update to the Shiba Inu (SHIB) Ecosystem, is set to launch soon. In addition, the developers behind Shiba Inu (SHIB) just set up 10 new Discord channels, all of which are in relation to the upcoming SHIB: the Metaverse. According to lead developer Shytoshi Kusama, Shiba Inu’s own metaverse is going to run on Unreal Engine.

Channels Mapping the SHIB Metaverse
The newly created channels are tied to specific parts of the SHIB metaverse. For instance, Bark Park and Ryo Plaza definitely sound like a great spot to hang out in Web3. However, it is still unclear if the channels are open for all of the SHIB Army or just the Shiboshi Social Club. Even without the SHIB metaverse’s actual launch, the initial land sale has seen 20,000 pieces of land sold blazingly fast.
The hype around Shiba Inu’s metaverse is in full swing ever since the Shiba Inu (SHIB) team added The Third Floor, a Hollywood video studio with vast experience. Prior to this, SHIB’s metaverse team welcomed David Kern, a former Sony tech artist as well as Sherri Cuono, who helped build the first-ever iPhone game.

“Shiba Eternity” Is a Big Hit Among iPhone Users
The new card game by Shiba Inu (SHIB) was released on iOS just a few weeks ago. The iOS version of Shiba Eternity entered the Apple top 50 with ease, while the developers had to increase server capacity by 50 times on launch day. The game definitely relighted the fire for SHIB Army, as the burn rate of SHIB tokens and social media mentions reached levels never seen before.
Moreover, there are plenty of upcoming developments, according to the mysterious lead developer Shytoshi Kusama. The hard-working mysterious coder expressed his willingness to organize Shiba Eternity tournaments with prizes, aiming to “give back to the community.” Additionally, the Shiba Eternity blockchain version is set to drop sometime later this year, right before Shibarium.

On the Flipside
- Despite many developments, Shiba Inu (SHIB) almost got knocked off the boat last week, as Ethereum (ETH) whales went on a massive selling spree. The move resulted in a sharp decline in price for both top dog memecoins, Shiba Inu (SHIB) & Dogecoin (DOGE).
