- On June 9, SubQuery announced support for the Cosmos ecosystem.
- The product will be available starting with Juno, and eventually other CosmoWasm-based chains.
- Developers now have access to open-source SDK, tools, documentation, and more.
On June 9, SubQuery announced support for the Cosmos ecosystem, starting with Juno. This is just the latest of SubQuery’s iteration of multi-chain connectivity. From June 9 onwards, Juno and CosmWasm developers can access Subquery’s indexing solution widely used across Polkadot and Avalanche ecosystems.
Juno and CosmWasm developers can now access open-source SDK, documentation, tools, developer support, and other benefits from the SubQuery ecosystem. Additionally, this includes eligibility to participate in SubQuery’s Grants Programme. Also, Juno is accommodated by SubQuery’s managed service that handles over 400 million requests per day.
SubQuery’s Founder and CEO Sam Zou said that they were delighted to support the growth of Cosmos.
SubQuery is a fundamental piece of web3 infrastructure and we are delighted to support the explosive growth occurring in Cosmos and its native layers. We can’t wait to see how teams in the Juno ecosystem leverage SubQuery’s leading-edge indexing technology to build fast and feature-rich dApps.
Meanwhile, Stargaze – another Cosmos chain – Founder Jake Hartnell, who is also a Juno contributor, shared that they are elated with SubQuery’s support. “Our shared mission is to provide new teams with an environment to scale without hindrance and we know that SubQuery saves developers time and effort, allowing them to accelerate even faster,” said Hartnell.
SubQuery supporting the Cosmos ecosystem aligns with its goal to focus on networks that are designed with a multi-chain outlook. Eventually, the product will also work with any CosmWasm-based chain, such as Osmosis, Cronos, Secret Network, OKExChain, Injective, and Stargaze.
Prior to this announcement, SubQuery announced its beta-version implementation for Avalanche.
