She has taught international law in the US, Europe, India and Latin America and is extensively published. She is the author of the seminal treatise – The 1958 New York Convention in Action’, co-authored ICCA’s Guide to the Interpretation of the 1958 New York Convention, the India Resolutions on the Proper Application of the NYC, and holds a PhD on the enforcement of annulled awards with Leiden University. With Professor Martin Hunter and others, she is one of the editors of the new Handbook on Arbitration in India (Kluwer, 2021).
