Italy Blocks OpenAI ChatGPT Over Data Breach Concerns

Italy’s data protection agency has temporarily blocked OpenAI’s ChatGPT due to suspected data privacy breaches following a recent data breach on March 20. The agency also cited concerns over the lack of information for users regarding data collected by OpenAI and the lack of legal basis for mass data collection by the AI platform.
