Do you remember that constant urge to throw your phone away because of a silly pixelated birb that couldn’t even fly between two pipes?

Congratulations – that feeling is about to return!

Moreover, it doesn’t even matter if you break your phone anymore, because these birds are now NFTs. To recall the story, the creator of the original Flappy Bird deleted their hit game from virtual stores, so owners of iPhones that still had the installed game started selling them for $2-4K. A great prophet, but it meant they also lost the game forever. Thus, in this case, even if you were to break your smartphone after yet another unsuccessful try, your birds would still be with you.

Yield Guild Games is growing its game portfolio. Recently, they added a project called “Fancy Birds.” Although the game sounds like it would be closer to “Angry Birds,” the gameplay is more similar to “Flappy Bird.” The company acquired 100 custom Genesis Fancy Birds, which are to be used for breeding.

From a development standpoint, YGG started to invest more in young projects. The company became one of the pioneers of blockchain gaming this year, and with this they are keeping on track.
