FTM Is Now Available on Changelly
We are happy to announce that FTM has joined the family of the over 200 cryptocurrencies available for exchange on Changelly! Starting today, users will be able to exchange it with other digital assets at floating rates on our platform.
FTM is the native token of the Fantom network that is used for system governance and also for processing payments and network fees within the ecosystem. Fantom utilizes the aBFT consensus algorithm to secure its network and to bring to the world a more eco-friendly digital solution.
To participate in the Fantom network, validator nodes need to hold a minimum amount of 3,175,000 FTM, and stakers need to lock up their FTM. In return for the service, both the nodes and the stakers are rewarded with epoch rewards and fees.
We are excited to welcome Fantom as our partner and appreciate the Fantom’s attempts to use a new scratch-built consensus mechanism to facilitate DeFi and related services based on the smart contracts technology.
