September 10 Weekly Signals Summary

The overleveraged traders had a nightmare week with bitcoin crashing 25% from the peak to weekly EMA20. Bitcoin lost the Daily EMA20 level for the first time after crossing on July 23 and currently trading just above the EMA50 level. Price is ranging in 45.5k and 47.5k.

Bitcoin dominance rebounded after touching the 40, currently at 41. Although all the cryptocurrencies dumped along with Bitcoin, many have started recovering with supporting fundamental news. Solana, Fantom, FTX Token, Quant, and some others started recording All-Time-Highs. This week also saw the plummeting NFT sales volume indicating the bubble bursting, though the Ethereum gas prices remain sky-high because of NFT mania.

After this flash crash, Bitcoin needs to consolidate in range before moving in any direction. It is currently moving irrationally lacking trends with many fakeouts in both directions to grab liquidity. We can expect to create a new range between the support zone (43.8k – 42.5k) and the resistance zone (47.5k – 49k) in the coming days of September.
